I have had weight issues for as long as I can remember. I was teased about it a lot at school. I have always looked for a program/diet/help that will fit my lifestyle while not being full of ridiculous hype. Now remember, it was Einstein who said that it’s insane to repeat the same behavior and expect a different outcome, so it does require you to commit to changing your eating habits to something which you’ve never tried before. And of course you have to start because even a journey of 1000 miles starts with the first step. So if that isn’t something you are willing to do then losing the fat is a dream not a goal and frankly nothing will help.
Anyway this is a good program, I’m not entirely sure but this diet system is probably the only one in the world which can truly say that it’s not based on low fat foods, low calorie foods, or low carbs. It’s totally different. And anything that let’s me eat 5 times a day (or even more) will keep me from sneaking off and devouring the gallon of vanilla.
So it’s worth trying… their stated goal is to lose 9 lbs in 11 days. So results will be quick so it won’t be two months before some poundage slips away.
